Not much room for advancement or growth

my coworkers are very kind, understanding, and sympathetic

the same cannot be said for my employers. I am not treated as a human, maybe a doormat? constantly berated and left to cry in the bathroom on my break. Despite the fact that they work with chronically ill patients, they don’t seem to understand when you, an employee, has a chronic illness.
