If you report harassment, expect silence or worse, retaliation masked as a “transfer.”
Management is performative at best and negligent at worst. They pretend to care about safety and ethics, but don’t actually do anything when those things are violated.
Toxic employees are protected, while those who speak up are punished.
Zero accountability. Leadership avoids hard conversations and hides behind “protocol” instead of addressing real issues.
Emotionally exhausting work with minimal support. You’ll be overworked, underpaid, and expected to tolerate dysfunction like it’s part of the job.
High turnover for a reason, and they don’t seem to care why.
