Pros
Consistent support across positions. Highly motivated and very experienced supervisors and advisors that can support early career clinician's professional development. Access to participate in a productive research lab. Having completed my doctoral training at an R1 research-based hospital setting I have been looking for a similar organization to call home for over 6 years. After working at several organizations I can confidently say I have found that home and it is even better than I could have hoped. If you are an early career technician interested in going to graduate school or an active BCBA looking for a highly ethical company that is pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved in pursuit of helping adults with disabilities achieve an improved quality of life then look no farther than CABA.
Cons
Because we are scaling some processes will need to shift to new systems that can support the increased work and that sometimes causes panic with having to learn the new system.
