Pros
I have been an employee for nearly 15 years. I really have nothing good to say. I really cannot think of any pros to share. It was not like that 15 years ago. The upper management does not live the company values. Compensation has gone down the tubes. Perks, what perks?
Cons
Outsourcing department(s) so you can save money... Really? How does management define patient care? All of you suits need to get out from behind those desks and see what it means to work. You bring in people to cut jobs and destroy lives while you collect your big salaries. Do you know how many lives ]you are destroying? You are running the hospital into the ground at the expense of the patients and to the detriment of your employees. I don't know how they look at themselves in the mirror every day. They do not care at all about patient care. They do not live the values of the hospital.
