Pros
I was employed with Centegra / NIMC for 14 years. I was a rehire because I love what the nurses and the physicians and the techs do. I enjoyed all the associates that I worked with and they all enjoyed me as well
Cons
Centegra s managers are making poor decisions for patient care. They are short staffing and nipping at the heals of senior nurses and such to the degree that some of these seasoned nurses are quitting due to stress. Not from the care but from the harassment these managers are throwing at them.
