Pros
Lower and mid level managers really do care about the employees and try to do their best but often are blocked by upper management
Cons
Much of what we are supposed to focus on is irrelevant and meaningless (numbers, percentages, etc). It's like you throw common sense out the window and ignore the obvious to focus on what upper level management dictates ... almost feels like they're justifying their existence
