Great company, everyone takes care of each other. Leaders are quick to respond and make changes as they listen to suggestions. Many leaders will roll up their sleeves and pitch right in, Benefits to use Centegra sites and physicians are reimbursed at high levels, and plenty of opportunity to grow
Cons
Sometimes staffing is very tight so I don't feel that I can provide excellent patient care. Keep up with salaries and make benefit changes for different lifestyles
