      Great technology. That's about it. But you can't have the technology without the people. Nothing else to say here at all

      Cons

      Poor leadership. The Florida call center is often ignored by the Canadian head office. No benefits at all Compensation is poor Canadian company ignorant of US laws

      Great supervisors. They definitely make your experience at the job worth it. Great coworkers as well

      Cons

      High call volumes normally. But when the slow season starts there is hardly any work so they start cutting shifts.
