Pros
Can be flexible around family and commitments
Cons
Too many to mention. The slogan is care is not just in our name it’s out calling. They do not care about their staff or management at times.
Lack of empathy, listening unless you are a manager. No value for the knowledge and background of staff at all levels only see them for what they do and not everything they have done and the value this can add to the business.
Staff don’t get consulted to give them the shifts, hours and locations that are ideal for them it is what works best for the company unless you push hard for it.
New staff get promised hours and take months to get regular shifts.
The union and delegates have worked very hard to help management over several years but they lack interest in listening and implementing systems and ideas that will help them and instead loss money, clients and staff.
