I am grateful for my employment with Cennox. The job itself is fulfilling and I am able to contribute to the flow of daily tasks. The people are great and easy to work with and for. I am not micromanaged. I know the job and get it done. My manager is great and provides the guidance needed for our team. She makes it fun as well as informative. The benefits are a plus and I have used them and appreciate having them. In this world this is really important to me.

Changes happen quite frequently as with any company some for the better, so not really a con. Raises could happen more often.

Hybrid, or you can just work from home.

The job was easy, the problem was they tell you to do the job one way, then a few days later flip it, it kept going like that, now everyone is confused and the paperwork is wrong.
