Because of the industry it is in, the projects are large in scale and take a long time to close. Two to 15 years is the range I have seen so far. This leads to working on projects that you may never see close. It also means that you may not have anything to update on your resume. If you are towards the end of your career and don't mind not building your resume as quick, then this place may not be for you.
