Pros
Bonus structure at the time was very good, especially during the bull run. Good place to enter the crypto space.
Cons
- Poor starting salary, way below average - Employees with less experience doing the same role, being paid 2/3x more - Higher management know absolutely nothing about the industry, but think they are entitled due to previous experience in TradFi (Cant tell the difference between BTC & ETH) - High performing employees are not noticed, promotions given to other inexperienced team members - Would rather let good employees go, instead of treating them fairly and what is inline with the rest of the company - With more people entering the space from investment banks, the working environment has slowly shifted towards that. Very cutthroat and not collaborative
