Pros

Money is great so is the hours.

Cons

Extra fees they charge to customers is ridiculous. It’s also a mess trying to explain why they get charged a $40 set up fee AND a $35 activation fee on the next bill from Verizon. Not to mention up charging the prices of phones that don’t match the official retail price.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
