Pros
Coming fresh out of college, I knew I would need a launching point. I have found it here at this call center. After working here for about 4 months, I received my first promotion. There are opportunities abound with positions opening up all the time. Unlike many other companies, CS promotes from within before looking outside for prospective employees. CS offers paid sick time, vacation time, flexible scheduling, the whole 9 yards. What I can't about enough is the fact that this place offers one of the most incredible work environments I have ever been apart of. The supervisors are in the middle of the floor, not hidden away in some closed up office. You see HR workers talking to callers, teams having potlucks all the time (we eat a lot of food, but we do have our own gym, though!) While the pay could be a bit better, I couldn't be more grateful for my first step up the ladder out of college.
Cons
Recently, there has been an upswing in the amount of micromanaging going on. I know that this is because the company is growing at an exponential rate, but it's still quite irksome to go from a very laid back environment to feeling like you have to report every little detail of your day. I hope it doesn't get suffocating and ruin the feel of the call center.
