Pros

freedom to make your own schedule

Cons

managment changes commission everytime reps start making money. industry is dying for retail in cell phones, especially when you cannot even compete with the larger competitors. outdated equipment, lack of support, and constant chargebacks for this and that including the stores own inventory! your paycheck will never be what you see on the board. Turnover is high with majority of good reps leaving and replaced with young kids that just need a job for the time being.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
