Flexible hours and not much else

Cons

Chargebacks are excessive and not proportioned to comissioned made No benefits you pay more than on your own rate Anything goes to get sale and your schedule is always changing and you are required to work at a minimum of two locations.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
