Pros

-Highest Commissions in the Wireless Industry. - Great Opportunity to learn the art of sales - Selling Verizon Wireless is easy - You work different locations, which helps you to build a larger clientele - Shared Commissions make it more of a 'team' environment

Cons

- Management is Overworked and Underpaid (therefore unable to give you the time and help that you need) - Chargebacks can often be twice the amount of your commissions (don't sell to everyone) - Not much of an opportunity for career advancement - Not being 'Corporate' can really hurt your reputation when working with a customer that is 'on the fence'

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
