Pros

Autonomy, lack of micro management

Cons

Almost everything else. Recruiters are not truthful. Expect to drive to a different store every day, some of which are an hour away. If anything is missing in inventory, you will be charged full retail for it. Some of the sales reps are great to work with and some are not honest with their customers. You'll get to clean up their mess when the customer comes back in and the original rep isn't there and you are. High turnover rate.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
