Great learning - Project Manager Cellular Asset Management Employee Review

There are simply no pros.

The worst company I have ever worked for. Their entire revenue is generated from few clients only, which allows them to do whatever they want to. The company is severely understaffed where 1 person does work of 3 people. The environment is not friendly at all - everyone makes an impression like they work really hard without reviewing their work and asking themselves: why am I doing this over and over again? I had to work with extremely unprofessional people with low self-esteem, who back stab their colleagues to make them look good in front of even less professional management who can't make right decisions. KPIs are always missed which creates very negative atmosphere where people blame each other instead of trying to resolve their massive backlog (which eventually will lead to losing their account). Whole engineering department are minorities and get paid very low salaries while management are gathering a cream from the top. Nepotism is rife – the CEO puts relatives into high positions in the company who are just so incompetent at the work and barely able to do anything and get no punishment for their mistakes which is simply unfair. Don't waste your time applying for their job ads.

CAM is by far the best company I have ever worked for. For the first time, I have felt appreciated in a work place and have a great working relationship with my other colleagues. At times, people can be under a lot of pressure, but all the teams support each other which makes the office a lovely and fun environment to work in. Everyone is treated with respect and as an equal which from previous experience in other companies, this doesn't happen often. The management team encourage new opportunities and progression for employee’s which really boasts self-confidence. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work in.

I honestly don't have a bad word to say. I am very grateful to be working for a brilliant company and look forward to many more years with them.
