Great if you want work life and no family or friend life.

For a communication company, they lack communication with employees. Acquiring new business is their ONLY goal. They ignore requests for conversations. They lack any empathy if you have a family life. They dump more on you and take away wage wise. There is a very foggy line. For a company that states they are great wage wise and very understanding when it comes to family, they are not.

Lots of social events (potluck, Christmas party, foodtruck, etc.).

I think the leadership team could benefit from a training session on how to manage employees because some of them have toxic traits. The salary is not competitive and there aren't really good benefits for employees.
