A miserable wreck of a place. Oppressive management who is insecure and meaningless revisions all the time. Unclear where they are making money. No respect for a pipeline and they prefer to hire fresh graduates for cheapness and the ability to manipulate them. The depressed, helpless atmosphere created by the top has crushed so many.

-They give you lots of freedom to work with -They are kind and understanding of your situation -They are willing to collaborate with different talents - Their work guidelines are pretty clear

The only downside is that the wage is pretty low, but that's usually the case for lots of Korean animation studios.
