Caura is full of incredibly hard-working and intelligent people. The team is small enough that you get to interact with everyone. Being surrounded by smart, talented people has certainly helped accelerate my own personal development. Caura is growing remarkably fast (the growth is just getting started!). The whole team being focused on a single mission is a great bonding experience.
