Pros
There are some nice people indeed and the HR are trying to make the experience better. If you are likely by the management, you'll have opportunity to also move inside the company or even shift to other roles.
Cons
The emphasis is about doing things fast, even if there is no clue about the details, which eventually leads to blaming wars. There is tons of micro management, and workers are not being appreciated. No serious onboarding, good luck with that, better to have some insider who can help you get through this phase. "Something broke? Not my problem, let others fix it". No ownership!!! Messy technologies, code is also messy and full of patches, it breaks very easily with every little code addition. Mediocre managers who are not fit to be managers. The value from them is low to no value. Bureaucracy is tiring. The experience is like working with people who suppose to be professional but they are actually not, and it's leading to severe burn down.
