Run! Do not work here. One of the most dysfunctional and disgustingly unprofessional environment to work in. Upper management could not care less about patient care and have actively hidden issues. They care way more about profits and driving their fancy cars then they do the employees and patients. Upper management is also very racist and clearly promote people of similar cultural backgrounds. Absolutely no consequences to people's actions. People get away with falsifying their time cards, theft, etc. HR does nothing to hold people accountable Pay and retirement is garbage. Mercy gets paid way less than other CHS hospitals and don't have as many benefits. No room for growth unless you suck up to upper management or if you are incompetent.
