Pros
Good coworkers, fairly healthy work environment, mission benefits the community, decent work/life balance, good pay with decent benefits, career growth possible when things are going well for the organization
Cons

As programs fell apart, management was not clear or direct with employees about the status of the programs, or how long we would remain employed, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. It is common for employees to be given additional jobs or roles they did not apply for which can be frustrating and overwhelming. With how many programs were a mess and/or falling apart, it became confusing if senior management truly understood the negative impact that creates on the community. Not many people of color or queer folks on staff, but
