Great money, good growth in company

Chaos with seating and not well planned services at times.

Working at Catch has been a great opportunity. Everyone is exceptionally talented at their jobs and has a passion for making a good and successful product. The team works cohesively despite being spread across the country. The engineering team does a great job at focusing on writing clean, maintainable code. The also excel at deciding what features are the most worthwhile for our small team to focus on, without allowing project bloat.

Catch is a small team and even with the aforementioned focus, things aren't always predictable and we sometimes have to shift contexts rapidly to meet the needs of our stakeholders.
