      Pros

      The people. Catapult truly has marketing experts within it's walls which creates a great sense of inspiration and motivation.

      Cons

      Office leadership has been a challenge. Recently acquired by Epsilon and merging of processes is taking a long time - which creates consistent issues. Work-life balance is an issue and overarching feeling that work takes priority.

      Pros

      Coworkers were good people. Both in Creative and the Receptionist.

      Cons

      Lots of lies shared. Like "we have a great financial outlook. nothing to worry about. Drive across the country with your family. We promise it'll be a great opportunity." "Remember when we told you about our great financials? It appears that BRAND X wants to jump ship and we've gotten you here to help save it. That was clear, wasn't it?"
