Stay away - Anonymous employee Catalyx Employee Review

I haven’t been able to work in full time employment since leaving in 2023 because this business impacted my physical and mental health so badly. The CEO is manipulative, leads through fear, and can be a bully. I am one of many who had to have mental health assistance because of this workplace. Even if you think you can help create change, unfortunately you’ll soon realise you won’t be able to. There are great minds who work here and some amazing humans but the business exploits them. The pressure and expectations are high. The CEO changes his mind constantly, and micromanages his business. You won’t be empowered here, your creativity will drain from you eventually, and you’ll likely lose your confidence. At one point when I was working here we were asked to write good reviews on Glassdoor (which I stupidly did out of fear), so be careful to believe everything you read.
