Pros

Catalytic Health Partners has a visionary leader, who leads with compassion and generosity. She’s hired people who align with her beliefs about providing excellent wrap-around services for the members they serve. There are lots of benefits to the position, including great parties and trainings, and twice yearly bonuses.

Cons

There is a lot of driving to see members in their homes.

Pros

As a recent hire, I'm literally blown away by the reception I've received. The company gives you the tools you need (technology) to make the job work, plus you have excellent support from office staff and leadership. The salary is fantastic with two annual bonuses that you can actually get (I've worked other places where you don't) and they have great benefits. I'm new, but I'm extremely happy I made the decision to take this position. Oh, I should mention that there is a vibe of genuine, passionate, concern for the members we serve that is nice to be a part of.

Cons

There really isn't a con, per se.... you are working with high cost/high risk population which can be challenging, but that's not kept from you... you know it's what it is. And when you help this population, it's that much more rewarding.

Pros

The mission of what they want to do is fantastic. Serving a population that is underserved is a noble cause, and I still believe they authentically try to carry out that mission

Cons

Culture of accepting poor performance. Actual employees showing up to work high on meth, and gets coddled. Employees blatantly committing fraud tolerated. Beyond the CEO, who I do have respect for, the next level of leadership is not good at all.
