I joined Catalyst in 2011 as an intern, and was hired on upon the ending of my internship a few months later. I spent four years with this organization, and in 2015 I left Catalyst Consulting to purse an opportunity with a large Medicaid Managed Care Organization. Two years later, I made the decision to return to Catalyst to be part of a company with the utmost integrity and potential for ground-up growth. The working environment at Catalyst is exceptional, and the separate functional areas all work cohesively; something you rarely see in the "Corporate World." Returning to Catalyst has been, without question, one of the best career moves I've made.
