      Pros

      Excellent PTO package. New CEO may bring some life into this and offer a good chance at turnaround. Company really has great potential if management can get it going in the right direction.

      Cons

      Management is VERY focused on LSS, although there is actually no manufacturing done at this particular site. Over 25% of job duties are related to Lean activities. A lot of statistics and very little focus on type/quality of work. Business Development is not held accountable.

      Pros

      The team is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive, which has made it easy to learn and feel comfortable asking questions. There is a strong focus on training and collaboration, helping me feel safe, well prepared, and confident in my role. I also appreciate the benefits, which support a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.
