Pros
Most of the ops people are pretty cool.
Cons
Unless you’re part of the “club” senior management. Don’t expect to receive much, if any, raise or bonus. They primarily hire temps, then string them along until they either quit, or aren’t needed anymore. It allows them hire cheap labor, without having to supply benefits or vacation time. If you do get hired full time, it’s usually for much less than what industry standard is.
