Pros

Honestly, the only pro from when I was with CMP was that they paid for parking. In this city, that's rare. Now that the office is downtown, I believe they simply cover the cost of transit.

Cons

EVERYTHING. The president is a nightmare to work for/with and no one sticks around for very long as a result. I watched a couple people be forced out of employment (constructive dismissal) during my time there. There are several other numbered/named companies that come under the CMP banner doing real estate management in Calgary and the number of unhappy/poorly treated tenants makes it hard to feel good about working there. Staff are mismanaged and micromanaged at the same time. Workplace harassment is commonplace and accepted.

Pros

Can't recall any.. other than the works hours were fine.

Cons

Where do I begin? It started off as a positive experience, and then the shady owner took off his mask and the real story began to unfold. His business dealing are very dishonest, but he does not care. He is a paranoid, strange guy who micromanages employees, listening in on their phone calls, without them even knowing it. He lets on like he trusts you, but in fact, he spends his days spying on you. He's just a lonely guy who doesn't have any friends. Don't waste your time here. He gets pleasure from watching people come and go. He reminds me of Norman Bates from Psycho.
