Pay is highest in Casper area. You're not a number here, you interact directly with the owner who makes you feel like you matter, a quality not found at most jobs.

Not really much here other than the insurance costs a bit for your family.

Overall a good, ethical place to work. The managers I have worked directly under have been good to work for. For the most part co-workers have been good to work with. Decent pay and benefits.

There are a couple other managers that can be difficult to work with (rude, condescending, disrespectful) resulting in a less than idea team environment, and leaving room for improvement for communication (interpersonal and interdepartmental). Also, there seems to be a lack of interest to be more efficient where improvements can be made somewhat easily. Safety standards could be improved.
