      -Fast paced, collaborative and creative environment where your thoughts, ideas and opinions are actually heard. -Refreshing dynamic of smart people without the egos and direct access to leadership team -Big emphasis on culture and employee satisfaction, everyone seems genuinely happy and enjoys coming into the office every day -Excellent benefits and office perks

      Like most start ups, things move fast and can quickly change, but this pace is what keeps the company exciting to work for.

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
