Pros

The work culture is very welcoming! The training program does a great job making sure you're ready to go by the time you start working with customers. Employees are all in the same boat helping each other out.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be a bit awkward. If you're starting out you may find yourself with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule with shifts lasting from 8-5 or 12-9.

The WTC office is nice

Cons

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
