      The people on the People team are amazing. The work life balance was fabulous and there was a great culture of trusting that people will get their work done

      Cons

      The new management is very old school. Removing benefits made it hard to stay when you are the one communicating those benefits to employees.

      Didn’t feel big sense of teamwork between stores, confusing communication from higher up, high and increasing expectations with little to no support beyond store team
