Convenient downtown Chicago location security health insurance $14 parking, $12 on weekends plenty of overtime available paid training annual pay raises

Cons

disorganized constant restructuring high turnover blatant favoritism workplace bullying pushes the line to the max with state laws, covering bare minimum Computer systems and company network is in need of MAJOR upgrades, very slow department rules vary from manager to manager within one department department rules vary within the company, not seamless Constant outside hiring for management Its nearly impossible to go from Operations to Corporate in terms of advancement
