Pros
Overall had a positive experience because of my director, who worked to create a culture within a culture. Pay and benefits attract awesome staff and colleagues. Warm community of people who love Casey Trees and it's work.
Cons
Problematic CEO who attributes turnover in staff to mostly hiring young professionals, however, it is the toxic culture that is created by their leadership that leaves staff jaded and burned out for no reason.
