Great work. Great people. Always were able to find some work. Maybe have move job sites here and there.

Only con would be not always being able to work full days due to weather condition

Good people for the most part. Hours are set and don't change much. 401k seems to be pretty good

Benefits are slow to come need to be there 5 years or more before getting a bump in benefits. Communication is lacking with the branch and with corporate offices. Get hiring offer in writing so they don't don't change your wage amount after you have been hired.
