Dismiss without a meeting or reason why except “not a good fit”, “senior” employees believe they can order new employees around while they dictate jobs, no clear management structure just do what everyone tells you. A highschool atmosphere where you are forced out if you don’t conform to bad mouthing everyone behind their backs. Toxic work atmosphere and ironically dismissed within 5 hours of probation being completed after having a “performance review” the week prior with no issues brought up - you’re used and if they don’t like you personally you’re out. Oh and also as soon as I mentioned my disability I was dismissed without cause so definitely NOT INCLUSIVE they use probation to weed out the potential employees who will require more support and get rid of them.
