Pros

Standard 8-5 hours monday to friday.

Cons

Management was not on your side. When they say work independently they mean it. Nobody talks to each other and if they do they are at each others throats of throwing and progresses to more problems instead of solutions. Its quite unfortunate and when problems come to light, management just sits back and does nothing. Being bullied was a standard practice and it was very very unfortunate to see a company do nothing about it.
