      Pros

      Used to be a great company to work for before they were sold to MDU and the office was moved to Kennewick. Few people made the move so there has been lots of turnover and inexperienced employees coming in.

      Cons

      Ineffective management and poor treatment of employees. Most current employees are either looking for new work or just hanging on till retirement. With high turnover, new employees are not being well mentored.

      Pros

      Bonuses are nice. Exposure to some interesting experiences.

      Cons

      If you aren't a white male, be prepared to be treated differently and with mistrust. I am one of the only women that work here and I have been singled out for no apparent reason and then some men get away with doing nothing and being gone all day. Never being questioned about where they are or what projects they have completed. Tough to advance unless you want to move to Bismarck, ND or Kennewick, WA.
