If you aren't a white male, be prepared to be treated differently and with mistrust. I am one of the only women that work here and I have been singled out for no apparent reason and then some men get away with doing nothing and being gone all day. Never being questioned about where they are or what projects they have completed.
Tough to advance unless you want to move to Bismarck, ND or Kennewick, WA.
