Pros
If you do not signup for benefits, the pay can be pretty good. Self scheduling.
Cons
Cancelled 2 hours before shift, no leeway for call ins (bad weather, sick, etc). If you work for them and decide to quit, they have a ridiculous fee facilities must pay and they do not waive them so it’s hard to find a job after you quit. If you decide you want benefits after applying, your hourly pay is lowered. Texting like for shifts constantly blowing up your phone despite there being an app to pick them up on
