Pros

A year ago before CRC was sold to investors my comments would have been all positive now; I can't comment on any pros since it is something that I see no longer exists. If you play their game and fix numbers to make the reporting look good for the investors you'll be rewarded.

Cons

More and more tasks will be added to your already overworked day with no compensation. If you ask you are told the company is going through a transition and can't afford it, yet some managers and new employees are given large sign on bonuses and others receive new vehicles. The people who don't prove their worth are rewarded, while loyal, hard working employees are treated like their past contributions are worthless. There has been more than an 80% turnover rate in a year. This company is now "make a profit and step on others to make that happen". If you have integrity, values, honesty and a sense of morals stay clear away. Backstabbing is rewarded. The reputation of CRC has plummeted since they sold out to investors.
