Management doesn't really care about the school. Tons of new administrative people hired - many from their old school with minimal increase in faculty. Pushing adm work down the chain under the guise of "empowerment". Wasting money on first class tickets to China and lots of consultants while telling the staff and faculty that there isn't enough money for raises. Morale is at its lowest level ever.
