Pros
The people are really the best part of Cartesian. I've experienced a diverse collection of interesting, bright people with varied backgrounds and different career aspirations. As colleagues, I've found everyone to be very supportive and engaging, The culture is kind of a work hard / play hard mentality and relationships seem to extend well beyond the office. For a consulting firm, Cartesian has a very reasonable work/life balance
Cons
Cartesian has experienced high growth over the past couple years. As the company gets larger, support functions have been slow to adapt, though it seems to be headed in the right direction.
