Management lacks social skills and needs improvement - Housekeeper Carteret Management Employee Review

This is the first company they have floating maintenance supervisors for support. They are a small company that is growing and loves to promote with in. They give you training if you’re willing to want it. This company is like a family and it just another number. I love working for them the regional maintenance managers are awesome they come to the site often and always willing to help. One of the best companies I’ve worked for in a while. They are one of the companies you need it order it. They don’t nickel and dime you when you needs things and they don’t micro manage you either. I love this company

There are not many pros to Carteret Management

Regional in place have zero business acumen and have egos on a power trip. Fire individuals indiscrimnate, upper management /owners do not see a pattern or rather are choosing to ignore the pattern. Being a Regional Manager takes more then hiring and then firing perhaps they need to look at the Regional doing the hiring and firing.
