Pros

The location is a prime spot to work at in SLC - right by the convention center, hotels, and arena downtown. Food/beverage price point is higher and the quality is really good - easy to make good tips and be proud of what you are delivering Good vibes - great customer and coworkers. You have fun while working

Cons

High turnover - but what restaurant doesn't see that nowadays?
